Coronavirus: Expresidents of the Slovak Republic call for vaccination – Aktuality.sk

Former Slovak presidents are calling on citizens to be vaccinated, which they describe as a successful way to fight the pandemic. At the same time, they are talking about responsibility. This follows from the common position signed by former presidents Rudolf Schuster, Ivan Gašparovič and Andrej Kiska.

It is a responsibility

“We, the former presidents of the Slovak Republic, are appealing to all citizens of our Slovak Republic. COVID-19 is attacking with increasing force and today we have the most effective way to fight it successfully – to be vaccinated, “they said.

They thanked everyone who had already been vaccinated. At the same time, they called on those who are not prevented from doing so by being vaccinated as soon as possible.

“It is a responsibility to our loved ones, friends, colleagues at work and a great responsibility to the medical staff who are fighting for our lives in the hospitals. We thank everyone who thinks about the people around us, but also about themselves, “they added.
