If you are not vaccinated, they will test you at the workplace. This is how it will go – TVNOVINY.sk

Changes will take place at the workplaces from Monday (November 29). Only employees who have been vaccinated, passed COVID-19 or are tested will be able to be physically at work. This is a measure that the government has decided to take temporarily to reduce the risk of coronavirus spread.

The Ministry of Economy issued an accurate on Friday manualwhat testing will look like. It states that employers are required to provide a sufficient number of antigenic self-tests as well as suitable testing facilities.

The test results must not be older than seven days, they may also be the result of an antigenic self-test from the nose under the supervision of an authorized person, as specified in the manual.

They can also check tests from mobile collection sites, namely antigen, LAMP and PCR tests. The cost of the antigen self-test will be reimbursed by the state in the amount of five euros for each employee tested.

The costs associated with testing will be reimbursed in the amount of one euro for each tested employee once a week. Employers will apply to the ministry for financial compensation once in January.

The new rules should apply until the end of the year, whether they will not apply longer depends on the development of the pandemic situation in Slovakia.
