PS +: the PS4 and PS5 games offered in December 2021 have leaked – Frandroid

Like every month now, the games offered in the December PS + subscription were revealed ahead of time.

It became a habit. Once again, the Dealabs site has managed to get its hands on the list of games that Sony plans to add to its PlayStation Plus offer for free in December 2021.

In December, subscribers to the PS + service will be able, like every month, to claim three new games for free for PS4 and PS5. These titles will remain available in their game library for the duration of their subscription.

PS Plus games offered in December 2021

The three games added for this last month of 2021 are therefore:

• Godfall Challenger Edition (PS5 and PS4)
• Mortal Shell (PS4)
• LEGO DC Super-Villains (PS4)

A rather miserly month afterwards the 6 games offered in November. Note, however, that the PS + subscription is currently on promotion. At online resellers, the 12-month card is available at 39.99 euros only instead of 59.99 euros. It is therefore the right time to subscribe or renew your subscription.

Description of the games offered in the PS + in December

Godfall Challenger Edition (PS5 and PS4)

Godfall Challenger Edition is a third-person action-RPG that was part of the line-up launch of the PlayStation 5 (it is even the first game announced for the console). Published by Gearbox, this is a temporary console exclusive, only available on PlayStation and PC.

Considered a looter-slasher, Godfall features knights in a flashy fantasy world. Critics are nevertheless quite mixed about it: if the gameplay is very appreciable, the title is generally rather hollow. On Numerama, he will have collected the score of 3/5.

Mortal Shell (PS4)

Although developed by a totally different studio, Mortal Shell is in line with Soulborne (Dark Souls, Bloodborne, Sekiro…), without achieving excellence. Understand by this that the game takes place in a universe dark fantasy to make you play as an avatar in search of the three glands that will allow him to free a mysterious prisoner.

If the copy is not perfect, Mortal Shell nevertheless brings some fresh ideas that will have enabled him to get a 4/5 at Numerama. The game had already appeared in November on Xbox Game Pass.

LEGO DC Super-Villains (PS4)

Do we still need to present the LEGO games? In doubt for the three of the back a little distracted: it is about a parody game taking again the universe of the American comics recreated using the famous Danish bricks. The Super Villains of DC (Lex Luthor, the Joker and many others) will have to indulge in organized crime here, thus generating phases of action and reflection.
