Maroš Žilinka claims that recordings from the hunting lodge, which capture the interviews of Robert Fico et al., Cannot be used as evidence in no criminal proceedings after the abolition of criminal prosecution by the regional prosecutor in Nitra. The Attorney General posted it on Facebook.

Special Prosecutor Daniel Lipšic did not rule out the use of recordings as evidence. According to him, their applicability must be decided by a court, not by a prosecutor.

“The decision of the regional prosecutor relates exclusively to the criminal case in which the subordinate prosecutor was competent to act, where the resolution on the commencement of criminal prosecution was revoked more than six months after its issuance,” Lipšic said on Monday.

According to the resolution of the regional prosecutor in Nitra Ivan Mandalov, the police were able to record what the President of the Direction Robert Fico talked to oligarch Miroslav Bödör at the hunting lodge in the summer, only thanks to the fact that the investigator he erred and embellished suspicions of poaching.

The authorized police president, Štefan Hamran, has not yet commented on the findings of the regional prosecutor in Nitra. He says they still haven’t received his resolution.
