Prosecutor Special Prosecutor’s Office filed on Tuesday at Specialized criminal court in Pezinok, indictment of the businessman Miroslav Výboh accused in the case of Mýtnik III. TASR confirmed this, the spokeswoman of the Specialized Criminal Court Katarína Bednáriková, pointed out Denník N.

The case was assigned to a legal judge of a specialized court at the workplace in Banská Bystrica. According to the spokeswoman, the indictment was filed for a particularly serious crime of accepting a bribe.
