The money was to travel to Asia from tax havens, Russia or countries where terrorism thrives. Former Supreme Court judge Pohančeník also jumped among the suspicious transactions.

More than a week ago Slovakia the message flew around on an unprecedented fine imposed by the Ministry of the Interior of the Czechoslovak Commercial Bank (ČSOB). It was clear from the decision that Chinese citizens were among the bank’s 33 clients brought to their attention by the Financial Intelligence Unit.
