Lengvarský warns of humanitarian crisis, we will send patients abroad – SME.sk

BRATISLAVA. Abroad, they are ready to help Slovakia cope with the onslaught of patients with the disease Covid-19.

This was stated on Friday in the radio program Braňo Závodský live by the Minister of Health Vladimir Lengvarsky.

He also explained that the current six to seven thousand coronavirus infections, which are detected daily by PCR tests, will be seen in hospitals in two weeks.

Measures in connection with the new COVID vending machine are intended to help reverse the further deterioration of the situation in hospitals. If this does not happen, the minister warns of a humanitarian crisis.

According to the minister, there are still plenty of beds with artificial lung ventilation in hospitals that do white medicine. However, he explained that it is not possible to leave all lung ventilations for patients with covid, as other diseases must be treated and emergencies dealt with.
