SNCF – From the train to the scooter via carpooling: the SNCF in early 2022 will launch a website and an application that will allow travelers to organize their daily trips throughout France, the railway company announced on Thursday (November 18th).

SNCF Connect, that’s its name, will deliver on the company’s promise to offer its customers a single gateway to previously separate services: the OUI.sncf sales platform and the SNCF Assistant which provides traffic status information.

Facilitating the mobility of travelers, from the first to the last km and for all their journeys, this is the mission of @SNCFTravelers.

He “will bring together all the tickets, subscriptions and information to organize, book and modify his journey in one place. TGV INOUI, OUIGO, Intercités, TER, Thalys, Eurostar, TGV Lyria, public transport in Ile-de-France including Transilien, long-distance buses, carpooling …, from the first to the last kilometer ”, according to a press release from SNCF Voyageurs.

This service “will integrate clean and shared mobility offers (train, carpooling, bicycle, scooter, urban transport, taxi and VTC) and will display the indications of CO2 emissions of each trip, to allow everyone to make increasingly responsible travel choices ”, assured the company.

SNCF Connect, developed by the SNCF Voyageurs subsidiary specializing in digital technology, e.Voyageurs SNCF, “will be offered in January 2022”, according to the same source.
