The Korean carmaker long ago threw away conservatism as well as barriers. The design of the new cars is becoming more and more pronounced, and out of the boredom overlaid by the occasional ugly ducklings, the brand has gone through to the most modern, even shocking, despite the nice and solid ones. Modernity and emphasis on design can already be seen on the body. This is worth the most views. I am writing this with the knowledge that you will not find a standard steering wheel in the cabin. But it doesn’t matter, I guess they’ll assemble it there before the production starts. The only thing is that the car would like to drive without the driver’s help. This is especially useful after an alkotester is ordered in cars. And there will no longer be car drivers in Slovakia, let alone buses …

Even the above statements (the ones that are at least a bit relevant) do not question the fact that so far it is only a concept, which, moreover, was only introduced yesterday at the Los Angeles Motor Show. The most shocking thing about this sentence is that the car was presented at the Los Angeles Motor Show. Car showroom. Today. Do you understand? And what here? Well, we prefer nothing …

The concept called Seven (Ioniq 7 as a series) builds on clean surfaces and sharp lines. But not sharp. There will be no Cyberpunk, but one nice, interesting car with a fresh approach to the design of a large SUV.

The car stands on the same modular platform on which the Genesis GV60 and Kia EV6 or Ioniq 5 stand. Seven has batteries with 800 V architecture. I didn’t write what it was for, did I? And what did you expect it to go to the dead dinosaurs? Of course it’s an electric car. Alternatively, over time, a hydrogen, because Hyundai, in parallel with this car, also showed a new-generation hydrogen drive built into the large XCIENT tractor.

Fast charging and, if necessary, discharging. It charges from 10 to 80% in 10 minutes. Hyundai does not say how much it will discharge in the opposite sequence, but it states the total range in a relaxed ride: 300 miles, ie 482 km. That’s for such a giant. Didn’t I write? Sorry, the wheelbase of this car is known: it is 3200 mm. In short, a full-size full electric SUV with a length comfortably exceeding 5 meters.
