Tesla: Starlink antennas appear on Superchargers

A Tesla driver spotted a Starlink antenna at a Supercharger station in Florida. The question of the reason for his presence is still open.

Connected, Tesla’s electric cars offer several applications such as YouTube or Netflix. Users of the brand are therefore often satisfied with being able to surf the Internet or watch videos while their car is being charged. However, the connection is sometimes poor in areas where the cellular network is weak.

To resolve the concern, Elon Musk had promised to deploy Wi-Fi connectivity in the stations. This is possibly what his other company, SpaceX, is doing through his Internet service Starlink. On social networks, users have indicated the appearance of a Starlink antenna on a station of the brand in Florida.
