With a goal in the first period, Connor McDavid scored 600 points in his career as the eighth youngest player in league history and stretched his points series to 14 games since the start of the year – only Wayne Gretzky pulled longer in the team in 1984/85 (16 games). He later added an assist to help Edmonton win 5: 4 over St. Louis, who lost the third match in a row.
