Faced with the judges, Cédric Jubillar indicated that his interim status and his irregular income were the main sources of tension with his wife Delphine Jubillar. “She was angry with me because it didn’t give me a fixed income like she had. For her, what was most important was that I have money that comes in at a fixed period. embarrassed that I was obliged to withdraw from the account of the little ones or from her account ”.

Drug use

Cédric Jubillar admitted to consuming cannabis for a budget of 400 euros per month. He consumed about ten joints a day. He told the magistrates that he had started favoring CBD, rather than cannabis, before his arrest.

Death threats on Delphine

Witnesses spoke of death threats Cédric Jubillar allegedly made to Delphine. He is said to have said to his mother: “I’m sick of it, I’m going to kill her, I’m going to bury her, no one will find her”. Cédric Jubillar’s lawyers will file a new request for the release of their client on Tuesday, November 16. Fifteen days later, on December 3, Cédric Jubillar will again be questioned by the judges on the night of his wife’s disappearance, on the night of December 15 to 16 in Cagnac-les-Mines in the Tarn.

Indicted on June 18 for “murder by spouse”, Cédric Jubillar remains presumed innocent.
