Black districts can be avoided by vaccination

The district of Bratislava, which is the only one to meet the criterion of vaccination in the group of 50+ up to 75 percent, has used the joker and has improved by two degrees compared to the neighboring black districts and is in the red phase. If the district meets the vaccination rate in a given age category above 65 percent, it will improve by a degree. There are several such districts. If they could live to see this group of people, they would avoid the strictest measures.

However, it is not known when the required number will be received.

The longest way to improve will be the districts of Košice – surroundings, Trebišov, Topoľčany, Brezno, Lučenec, Rimavská Sobota, Michalovce and Čadca. The team lacks more than two thousand fully vaccinated Slovaks.

Restaurants and hotels would feel the most relaxed

If the black districts got back into burgundy, some of the rules would be significantly softened. The biggest relief would be in the case of restaurants, accommodation facilities and hotels. While in the black districts they can restaurants operate in all modes only in the form of window sales and distribution, in burgundy can already open for the fully vaccinated. In the interior, four people or people from one household can sit at a table, provided that two-meter distances are observed.

The interior would continue to be closed and window sales, including delivery, would work.

Accommodation facilities and hotels are prohibited in black districts in all regimes except quarantine facilities and occupational accommodation. However, many operators, especially in the Tatras, spoke of empty hotels and almost zero sales. However, in the burgundy districts, they could open their gates to the fully vaccinated, without limit. In the OTP mode, 2 adults or members of one household could be accommodated in one room.

Limits would be allowed at ceremonies, weddings or other events

However, the measures would be more refined in other cases as well. Thus, in the fully vaccinated mode, they could take place without a limit, in the OTP mode up to a maximum of 25 percent of capacity, and in the basic mode they could be attended by a maximum of 6 people. A list of participants is mandatory in all modes. Capacities would also increase during Mass.

Fitness centers could open

In the black districts, they are also closed fitness centers regardless of the regime. Many operators complained and some did not comply with the measures. In burgundy districts, they could operate in a fully vaccinated regime for 20 people or a maximum of 1 person per 15 square meters. They would still be banned in other regimes.

Other measures that would be refined
