Eitan Biran, grandfather’s appeal rejected: child in Italy within 15 days

The Tel Aviv District Court rejected the appeal of Shmuel Peleg, Eitan Biran’s maternal grandfather, and ruled that the child return to Italy within 15 days. The Jerusalem Post reports. The six-year-old is the only survivor of the Mottarone tragedy. Read also The child was entrusted by the Italian authorities to his paternal aunt Aya, but his grandfather kidnapped him on 11 September and took him to Israel. The Israeli court had agreed in the first instance to Aunt Aya. Now the grandfather’s appeal is also rejected.
