MEASURES

Veil:

Veils will continue to be mandatory indoors at every stage, including public transportation. Respirators will be required indoors in red, burgundy and black.

Schools:

Schools will not close widely. Universities will operate indefinitely in the green districts. They will partially start to close in the orange phase. Basic art schools and language schools will also operate remotely in the burgundy and black districts. Boarding schools will only be open to those children who have to attend school. However, it is recommended that they be vaccinated or tested. Vaccination is allowed for children from 12 years.

Mass events:

The conditions of the events differ in which people the events will be organized for. They will either be for the full-vaccinated, or for the vaccinated, tested and outdated (OTP), or for all without the need to prove a covid card.

In the green, orange, red and burgundy districts, there are events for the vaccinated without limits. For the OTP group, however, the restrictions are already beginning in the green phase. Limits are limited. In the black phase, mass events for people without vaccination are completely banned. They are only allowed for a maximum of 100 vaccinated people.

Weddings, kary, celebrations, parties, mass events in public catering establishments:

Similar conditions apply as for regular mass events. However, even completely vaccinated in the green districts cannot meet without a limit. A limit of 400 people indoors and 800 people outdoors is allowed. People without vaccinations will be banned in the black districts.

Ceremonies (marriage, baptism, funeral):

These are ceremonies that are not followed by a celebration or a card. All these events have the same conditions as regular mass events. Only funerals are allowed in the black districts.

Services:

Groups consisting only of fully vaccinated people can go to church services without limits in the green, orange, red and burgundy districts. In the black districts, a limit of 100 people applies to them. Stricter limits apply to OTP groups. People without a covid card will have it even stricter. In the black district, one person of 15 square meters who does not have a covid card will be able to attend the service.

Sports competitions – limits for athletes:

Groups of fully vaccinated athletes will have no limits even in black districts. Restrictions only come with the OTP group. For example, a maximum of 50 people will be able to meet in the red districts. Those who have neither a covid license nor proof of a negative test in the red, burgundy and black districts will not be able to compete.

Fitness:

Completely vaccinated will have unlimited entry in both the green and orange phases. OTP has had limits since the green phase. Unvaccinated and untested have fitness banned in red and burgundy. Fitness is forbidden in the black districts, even for the vaccinated.

Restaurants:

Even in this case, the owner of the restaurant chooses which groups of people he will let in. Whether he will require proof of vaccination, or a negative test or proof of passing COVID-19 is enough for him, or he can choose a third option: let anyone go, regardless of their status. Depending on which mode he chooses, he must also set visitor limits. These vary across the colors of the districts.

In the green districts, fully vaccinated people can meet in restaurants without limits. There can be a maximum of four people indoors in the orange, red and burgundy districts. In black districts, only windowed expenses are allowed. The same rules apply to the OTP group. People without covid licenses can also be without limits in the green districts. Only terraces are allowed in the orange districts. In red, burgundy and black, only window spending is allowed for these people.

Museums, galleries, exhibition halls, libraries:

Fully vaccinated people have no limits up to the Black District. In black districts, only individual tours and a maximum of one visitor per 15 square meters are allowed. Unvaccinated and untested are only allowed individual inspections since the orange phase. The tested have no limitations even in the orange phase. In the black districts, exhibitions are closed to the unvaccinated.

Accomodation:

Completely vaccinated, they can stay up to the black phase without a limit. OTPs can only be accommodated in the same room in the red and burgundy phases if they are from the same household. People without a covid card can only go to hotels in the green districts. In others, accommodation facilities are prohibited.
