There are 39,329 new coronavirus infections registered in the UK in the last 24 hours. The local health authorities report this, explaining that compared to yesterday, another 214 deaths of people positive to Covid-19 have been confirmed. The infections are on the rise compared to the 33,117 cases recorded yesterday, when the deaths were 262.
