PARIS, November 10 (Reuters) – Stocks to watch Wednesday on the Paris Stock Exchange and in Europe where futures contracts opened without much change:

* CRÉDIT AGRICOLE CAGR.PA on Wednesday reported higher than expected quarterly profit, supported by lower cost of risk and growth in retail banking income in France, which offset a slowdown in capital market income and insurance.

* ALSTOM ALSO.PA reported on Wednesday an increase in its turnover and order book in the first half of 2021-2022, driven by good commercial momentum, even though its adjusted operating margin fell sharply .

* EDF EDF.PA published on Wednesday an organic increase in turnover of 15.7% for the first nine months of 2021, thanks to the increase in its nuclear production in France in a context of high prices, and confirmed all of its objectives.

* ARKEMA AKE.PA has raised its forecast for 2021 after posting higher third quarter results.

* NEOEN NEOEN.PA on Tuesday evening confirmed its objective of profit before tax, financial charges, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) for this year in a range between 295 and 310 million euros, with an EBITDA margin of approximately 80%.
