Richard Sulík estimates that there will be one or two more terms in politics and then he will withdraw. He does not plan to move out of Slovakia completely, he said he invested in real estate in Australia because he does not like winter.

It is said to feel much more comfortable in warm weather. Igor Matovič was the first to talk about Sulík’s ranch in Australia, and journalists tracked him down after a few months and found out some details.

According to the advertisement, the original price for the purchase was 1.25 million euros, the weekly found out Plus 7 days. Richard Sulík took out a mortar of half a million euros to buy a property with an area of 200,000 square meters, and he will repay it by 2038. He also established his two Bratislava properties, and at the same time openly declares that he has no problem repaying them with his income.

Sulík is not the only ranch owner in Western Australia, located about 28 kilometers from Perth. He announced that there are three owners.

The Plus 7 Days portal found out that the ranch was bought by Indigo floats and trailers Pty Ltd, which has three owners – in addition to Sulík, Lucia Galovičová and David William Dobson. Both are professionally close to horses and the property itself is adapted for horse breeding. Sulík never cared for horses in Slovakia.

The Minister of Economy had to state the ownership of real estate abroad in the property declaration for the past year. Instead of an explicit confession, he included the ranch in the ownership of the property as a third of the company.
