Judge rejects allegations of corruption against Kováčik and Košč – SME.sk

BRATISLAVA. The specialized criminal court rejected the indictment on suspicion of corruption against former special prosecutor Dušan Kováčik and former member of the Slovak Information Service Peter Košč, who is known as “Mr. X”.

As the news portal of the television Joj noviny.sk informs, Judge Michal Truban explains in an 18-page reason why he did so.
