Say goodbye to lunch in a steak

Since most of the districts are in black, let’s start with them. It is understandable that the measures at this stage are the strictest. In the black districts, residents can say goodbye to open fitness centers. These centers will be closed to everyone, regardless of whether a person is completely vaccinated or not.

The same goes for restaurants. These can operate in windowed delivery or delivery mode. So you should say goodbye to sitting in the interior of the company or on the terrace. In the case of mass events, the measures are not so strict. Only vaccinated people can participate and only 100 people are allowed to participate. It is a condition that a list of all participants is drawn up and that strict anti-pandemic measures are observed.

Services will not be canceled in the black districts. Even in black districts, masses can be organized in three regimes. In the case of the base regime, it is mandatory to establish a list of participants and ensure that the capacity does not exceed 1 person per 25 square meters. In the case of the OTP regime, a list of participants is also mandatory and a maximum of 1 person per 15 square meters is allowed. If only fully vaccinated people can attend the service, their number will not be higher than 100. In this case, too, it is mandatory to adhere to strict anti-pandemic measures and to draw up a list of participants.

If you live in the black district, don’t forget that you have to have a respirator on your mouth indoors and in public transport. If you are less than two meters away from strangers in the exterior, you must also have your upper airways covered. Whether you choose a veil, a scarf or a scarf over your nose is up to you.

In burgundy districts still with terraces

If your district is burgundy, you should not forget about the respirator indoors and in public transport. Even in this case, it is true that in the exterior is a mandatory veil if the strangers are less than two meters.

Burgundy districts have measures slightly finer than black ones. In the case of mass events, the organizer can decide in which mode it will take place. If a base scheme is chosen, a maximum of 6 participants may participate and a list of them must be drawn up. If the organizer opts for the OTP mode, he can fill a maximum of 25% of the capacity. But what to do if capacity is not determinable? In this case, a maximum of 50 people may attend the event. The best are the organizers who choose the regime completely vaccinated, because in this case they have no limit. However, they should not forget the list of participants.

Attention should also be paid to restaurant owners who operate in the base mode, as only window sales can be open. At the same time, they can deliver food and drinks. In the case of OTP, the interiors of the company are closed, but the food can be sold through a window or delivery. Customers can also use the terrace, but owners should take into account that there must be two-meter spacings between the tables and at least 50% of the walls must be open. If business owners decide to serve only fully vaccinated, they have no restrictions on the exterior. The interior can accommodate a maximum of 4 people or people from one household. The spacing between the tables must be 2 meters.

Fitness centers in burgundy districts will be open only to fully vaccinated, but at one time there can be a maximum of 20 people, or 1 person per 15 square meters.

Worship services are allowed in all modes. In base mode, care must be taken to ensure that there is only one person on 15 square meters, and in OTP mode a maximum of 25% of the capacity can be filled. If the capacity is indeterminate, only 50 people may attend the service.

In the case of completely vaccinated, no limit is specified. In all three regimes, it is mandatory to draw up a list of participants.

Even in the red districts, don’t forget the respirator

The last 7 districts will be in red from November 8. It is these districts that can enjoy more relaxed measures. Even in the red districts, mass events can take place in all three regimes.

In the basic mode, the event can be attended by a maximum of 10 people, in the OTP mode a maximum of 150 people. However, this only applies if the capacity is indeterminate, otherwise the occupancy of a maximum of 25% of the capacity applies. If the mass event takes place in full vaccination mode, there is no capacity limit. In all three cases, it is mandatory to have a list of participants.

Businesses in the base mode can only operate on the delivery and dispensing window. In OTP mode, a maximum of 4 people or people from one household can be indoors at the table. There must be a two-meter distance between the tables. There are no restrictions on the terraces. The same is true for the full vaccination regime.

Even in the red districts, fitness centers cannot operate in base mode. However, the OTP mode is allowed, where there can be either 20 people or one person per 15 square meters in the space. In this mode, it is also mandatory to obtain a list of participants. In fully vaccinated mode, fitness centers can operate without restrictions.

What about the services? They can also operate in all three regimes in these districts. In base mode, a maximum of 1 person per 15 square meters is valid. In the OTP mode, 25% of the total capacity, or 150 people, can attend Mass. If only fully vaccinated can attend Mass, they will be able to take place without limit. In all three modes, it is necessary to obtain a list of participants.

Even in the red district, it is mandatory to wear a respirator indoors. However, you can exchange it for a drape outdoors, where one of them is mandatory at a distance of people up to 2 meters.

The last Mohicans

Yes, we are talking about the last two districts that remain orange. Residents of the Komárno and Šaľa districts can enjoy the mildest measures. The veil must be worn indoors and at mass events as well as outdoors.

In these districts, mass events can be held, which are fully vaccinated without limits. In the OTP mode, if capacity is not specified, a maximum of 1,000 people may attend an external mass event. A maximum of 500 people can take part in the indoor event in this mode.

If capacity is specified, it may be 25% indoors and 50% outdoors. In base mode, the organizers must obtain a list of all participants. At the same time, they must ensure that the interior seating can be 25% full and the exterior seating 50%. A maximum of 200 people are allowed to attend the event outdoors and 100 indoors. In the case of standing, these numbers will be slightly distorted. 50 non-indoor events are open to 50 people and 100 to the outside.

Businesses in the orange districts can still operate in base mode, but only terraces may be open. There can be a maximum of 10 customers on the terrace at a time and at least 50% of the walls must be open. There is no difference between OTP and full vaccination modes. It is valid that there can be a maximum of 4 people or family members at one table. The tables must be at least 2 meters apart. These measures do not apply outdoors.

In the base mode, fitness centers can also operate in the orange districts. A maximum of 10 people can be in them at one time. In OTP mode, the limit is 20 people or 1 person per 15 square meters. Completely vaccinated can work without limits in fitness centers. In the base and OTP modes, it is necessary to obtain a list of visitors.

Services are also the best in the orange districts. In full vaccination mode, services may take place without limits. In OTP mode, if no capacity is specified, the exterior can be up to 1,000 people at a time and the interior 500. If capacity is specified, the interior can be 25% full and the exterior 50% full. In base mode, the seating can be 25% full indoors and 50% full outside. In this mode, the mass can be attended by a maximum of 200 people outdoors and 100 indoors (in the case of seating). In case of standing, the maximum is set to 100 outdoors and 50 indoors.

Will it be tightened?

Although the measures are quite strict at this time, there is a risk that they will soon be even stricter. According to SITA, on 5 November, members of the Expert Council asked those responsible to take effective action without delay. measureswhich will save lives and preserve a functioning health system.

First of all, experts ask to be responsible measures restricted the movement of unvaccinated people in the black districts. They also demand that a COVID passport be required to enter employment in the red districts, ie proof of vaccination, overcoming COVID-19 or a negative test for the presence of a coronavirus infection. “We strongly recommend the home office to all people who can work this way,” said Elena Prokopová, an expert of the Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic for primary pediatrics.

They also demand that in burgundy and black districts, full-time teaching in schools be interrupted for a short period of a week or two, where necessary. They also want to limit the opening of establishments until 10 pm in the burgundy and black districts and require people to comply with the ban on social events in the black districts.

In an effort to increase overall vaccination coverage, they recommend that only vaccinated persons be reimbursed for a preferential dose during incapacity for work due to COVID-19. They also want those responsible to consider compulsory vaccination of certain sections of the population, as they do in some other countries of the European Union.

Prime Minister Eduard Heger also responded to the council’s recommendations. According to his spokeswoman Ľubica Janíková, the Prime Minister of the Slovak Republic is considering several solutions proposed by experts on Friday. “At the same time, he asked the ministers of several ministries for expert opinions on these proposals, and the prime minister will comment on the topic next week,” added Janíková.

All wrong!

On November 7, 492 new cases were added in the Prešov district, which is the most positive of all districts. The incidence in the district of Prešov is at the level of 1,096 and the worst is the Prešov region as a whole. The incidence of the Prešov region is 858, which is the highest among all regions.

Analysts from Dát without pathos called the Prešov region together with the Košice region “completely wrong”. They point to the fact that a total of 1.6 million of the total population of Slovakia lives in these regions. They add that these regions are hell today.

ALL WRONG. IT DOESN’T GO OUT, IT DIDN’T AND IT DON’T GO TO GO. IT IS NO LONGER “WE DO NOT COME IT”. It’s “IM’S NOT COMING”. …

“In these regions, the number of hospitalized is 9% in Košice and over 7% in the Prešov region. Theoretically, but purely theoretically, if they had% as much as southwestern Slovakia, they would have 700 fewer hospitalized in the Delta. Instead of 2450, it would be 1750, ” analysts explain. It was in the Prešov Region that there were up to 18,683 new cases from 1 August to 27 October, which is the highest among all regions.

So why is the Prešov district burgundy and not black? The answer is simple. Seniors are to blame. If 65% vaccination of people over the age of 50 is achieved, the district will get a joker and the level of risk in it will be reduced by one degree downwards.

As stated Corsair, as of October 25, the district of Prešov had this vaccination rate at the level of 65.03 percent, thanks to which it remains in burgundy.
