Police in case incident on Thursday, November 4 in a supermarket in Piešťany, she filed a motion to prosecute three accused men who were actors in a clash with the police.

The prosecutor’s office agreed with the proposal in two cases. On Sunday afternoon, the police escorted two men to the Piešťany court, where their detention is being decided. Zlatica Antalová, the regional police spokeswoman in Trnava, informed about it.

The police also deal intensively with people who threaten police officers or incite others to various acts of violence in connection with an incident on social networks.

“We are conducting an investigation into the criminal offenses of assault on a public official and incitement. For threatening a public official, the perpetrator risks losing up to three years under the law. In the case of incitement to a criminal offense, the offender may serve up to two years.” added the speaker.
