They had the opportunity to equalize at the beginning of the second part, to which they transferred the power play, but they played it very badly. The hesitation of goalkeeper Lackovič was punished by his first goal in the Klima season – 3: 1. In the 25th minute, another power play of Nové Zámky was played and during the signaled penalty Števuliak adjusted to 3: 2. After 27 minutes, Reini’s Winichku fell awkwardly, but was determined to stay in the match. However, V. Fekiač managed to do that in the 37th minute, when he surprised Lackovič – 4: 2.

The visitors kept the pressure on to tie the game when, after 49 minutes, but his shot hit the post. Zagrapan managed with the defender Roman and the goalkeeper of the guests and adjusted to 5: 2. Shortly afterwards, the captain of Prešov weakened his team and although the guests did not use the power play, Ondrušek prevailed after it – 5: 3. The newcomers played without a goalkeeper in the end, but Sýkora with a shot into the abandoned goal sealed the fifth victory of Prešov in a row – 6: 3.
