TELEVISION – New Confidences on the Couch. This Sunday, November 7, M6 is broadcasting a new issue of the Karine Le Marchand, An Intimate Ambition. In this pre-presidential period, the presenter decided to interview five women politicians in complete privacy. Viewers will therefore learn a little more about the life ofAnne Hidalgo, Rachida Dati, Valerie Pécresse, Marlene Schiappa and Marine Le Pen.

This is not the first time that Karine Le Marchand has received political figures on her show. 1. François Fillon’s eyebrows

In her 2016 show, Karine Le Marchand dared to pose “the question that all the French were asking about François Fillon, then a candidate for the right-wing primary: “I can speak about a subject that annoys?” she started before laughing: “Your eyebrows…”. 2. The not so obvious resemblance of François Bayrou and Richard Gere

Former minister François Bayrou was also questioned by Karine Le Marchand. But this time, it is he who poses the subject: his resemblance to the actor of Pretty woman, Richard Gere. 3. The “fickle” years of Alain Juppé

“As I got married very young, I didn’t have a lot of experience. I had a period of a few years where I let go a bit ”, confides Alain Juppe to Karine Le Marchand. After his divorce from Christine Leblond, the former right-wing politician confessed to having taken advantage of his celibacy before meeting Isabelle Bodin, his wife since 1993.

A little “fickle” years but no “permanent debauchery” he nevertheless specifies to the presenter, fond of crisp details.

4. The tears of Arnaud Montebourg

After the laughter, Karine Le Marchand made you cry. Arnaud Montebourg appeared upset after the testimony of a friend, the godfather of his daughter, on the birth of the latter. Jeanne was born premature in 2015.

5. Nicolas Sarkozy’s confidences on his relationship with Bernadette Chirac

Nicolas sarkozy was also invited on the sofa of Karine Le Marchand. In 2016, the National Rally was still called the National Front (FN). The FN presidential candidate, Marine Le Pen, took advantage of this intimate meeting to reconsider the exclusion of her father, Jean-Marie Le Pen, of the party he himself founded in 1972.

“The most difficult moment of my life after giving birth,” says Marine Le Pen, moved. She explains that her father left her no other choice than this one, concluding: “I am angry with him for forcing us to do this”.
