Police intervened against a group of people who refused to put on respirators in a supermarket in Piešťany and did not want to leave the shop and blocked other shoppers from accessing the cash register.

She was called by staff and the private security service, who were unable to resolve the situation with them. The police also had to use coercive measures during the intervention. Prime Minister Eduard Heger and Interior Minister Roman Mikulec (both OĽANO) also expressed support for the police.
