Real estate prices in the capital are rising at a dizzying rate and are reaching astronomical heights. However, the demand for new housing is still growing. How is it possible? The well-known actor Juraj Bača also asks this question.

The actors do not have it easy after the arrival of the pandemic, when the world stopped. Fortunately, Juraj Bača is currently not complaining about the lack of work. He tries to earn money where he can so that he can get as close as possible to his dream – to buy his own property. But as he revealed New Time, so far it is unrealistic.

“Before the crown I wanted to buy real estate, after that after the crown I was grateful that it was good that I did not take out a mortgage, because who knows if there would be anything to repay. And now that I have reached the same place, it costs 100,000 euros more, “ sadly stated the star of the series Hospital and show presenter RTVS Bakes all over Slovakia, who lives in his parents’ house.

Many may think that the people in the picture are drowning in money and buying an apartment is a breeze for them. However, the artist from Galanta is just like thousands of other Slovaks looking for ways to work on mortgage-worthy finances.. “Someone has to explain to me how other people do it, because I really don’t think I’m doing much – I just don’t know, I don’t know, I really don’t know – I have no idea. If someone knows how to make money on such an apartment, then say, because I don’t know, ” complained 34-year-old boy who thinks that it is extremely difficult for young people today to stand on their own two feet.

“From my surroundings or the environment where I move, I don’t know one person who would make enough money to be able to buy an apartment or take out a mortgage at the moment,” Juraj continued. As he said, in this case it is not even possible to modify, as even the cheapest real estate is sold for really fat sums.
