Covid today Austria, infections increase: new measures are on the way

New increase in coronavirus infections in Austria today, November 5, 2021, according to data from the covid bulletin. In 24 hours, 9,388 positive cases were recorded, just below the record of 9,586 infections reached a year ago. The situation in hospitals would remain relatively stable. During the day there could be a government meeting with regional administrations to decide whether new measures are needed to contain the infections.
