“There is no legal obligation to close for us as soon as we find ourselves in the black district,” claims the owner of the gym in Topoľčany. The owner of the establishment, Martin Gajňák, claims that vaccinations are free and that they follow the measures in the fitness center.

“Vaccination is freedom, after all, so why can’t we let the vaccinated go? If I have to close, then why without adequate compensation in terms of rent or salary for employees, energy and something like that? ” the owner asked.

When Refresher informed that his gym in Topoľčany was open to the vaccinated, we were warned on Instagram that they were open to everyone without exception. “That’s how ‘bullshit’ spreads,” they wrote to us.
