On November 7 begins ‘Sunday of the Giants’ on CNN in Spanish

DocuFilms with Maria Celeste Arrarás premieres with the presentation of a documentary that shows another side of Florida, different from the well-known beaches considered by many as a vacation paradise. It is an inland Florida, poorer and more gloomy. A Florida that resembles a lunar landscape, with thousands of hectares of land drilled by the extraction of phosphate. Hardee County Florida. The documentary “The Invisible Enemy” is an original CNN investigation into mining waste and radioactive stones.

Secondly, Don Francisco: Reflections It will offer 11 episodes this season and will feature more than 30 prominent guests with whom the popular entertainer will reflect on those intimate issues that most disturb us.

It is also part of this strip Oppenheimer Presents, CNN en Español’s analytics program hosted by Andres Oppenheimer, co-winner of the Pulitzer Prize and winner of the King of Spain Prize, stellar columnist of The Miami Herald and author of several international best-sellers. This week, for the premiere of Giants Sunday, Oppenheimer Presents will feature former US President Barack Obama and rock superstar Bruce Springsteen talking about their new book “Renegades.”

In Dialogue with Longobardi, the talk show hosted by award-winning Argentine journalist Marcelo longobardi and nominated for the Emmy Awards in 2020, presents this Sunday an interview with the former president of Argentina Mauricio Macri, a few days before the country’s legislative elections. Longobardi will discuss with the ex-president the panorama prior to the elections, the judicial case for alleged espionage for which he is currently being investigated and the future of Argentina, among other issues.

For its part, World Viewpoint, presented by Rafael Romo, is CNN en Español’s weekend live newscast that covers global news with an emphasis on Latin America. Romo has covered momentous news live from the scene such as the Puerto Rico earthquakes in 2020 and the collapse of the residential building in Surfside, Miami in 2021.
