On Tuesday (November 2), 5,361 positively tested in the form of PCR tests were added in Slovakia, of which almost 69 percent were not vaccinated. This is the highest daily increase this year and the second highest during a pandemic. 19,150 PCR assays were performed.

The most positively tested by PCR tests were in the Žilina Region (1,136), followed by the Prešov Region (1,002), Košický (915), Trenčiansky (663), Banskobystrický (538), Bratislavský (422), Trnavský (365) and Nitriansky (320). ).

The total number of people vaccinated with the first dose of the vaccine is 2,505,987, and 1,739 were vaccinated the previous day. The second dose of the vaccine has already been given to 2,308,084 people, and 2,244 people have been fully vaccinated after the past day.
