COP26: Leaders agree to end deforestation by 2030 – Aktuality.sk

A major agreement to halt deforestation is due to be signed today by more than 100 world leaders, including Brazil, where there is a massive decline in the Amazon rainforest.

Forests are key ecosystems in removing carbon from the atmosphere, deforesting ourselves reducing the power of natural ecosystems, which can help us reduce the impact of global warming on the planet.
