Panama nightclub shooting leaves at least five dead, prosecutor says

(CNN Spanish) – A shooting at a nightclub in Panama City left at least five dead, reported Rafael Baloyes, Superior Homicide and Femicide prosecutor on Friday.

In statements to local media from the night establishment, he indicated that, according to preliminary information, an unknown person fired at a group and it responded with shots.

According to Baloyes, there is one person dead inside the premises and another four died in a local hospital. He added that they are examining the security cameras with experts to determine how everything happened and who participated in the shooting.
