France 24 launches its new grid from November 1

In order to improve the readability of its antenna, the international news channel France 24 in French is launching a new program schedule from 1^er November 2021.

A grid based on four themes.

• “Vu.es de France”, Monday to Friday at 10:15 am and 3:45 pm (Paris time), brings together the entirepolitical, societal, cultural and economic news in France.

We alternately find the company issue “It’s in France”, presented by Claire Bonnichon, the cultural program “The Paris of the Arts”, presented by Valérie Fayolle, “Urban legends”, focused on hexagonal rap presented by Juliette Fievet, “Pas2Quartier”, presented by Ségolène Malterre and Wassim Nasr, which highlights the initiatives of the inhabitants of working-class neighborhoods, as well as the program “Fashion”.

• The box “To the four corners of the world”, at 10:45 am and 3:15 pm, offers an overview of current events to meet those who make Africa, America, Middle East, Europe as well as France.

This theme brings together “Express Orient”, presented by Meriem Amellal, “Cape Americas”, presented by Elisabeth Allain, “Africa Weekly”, presented by Valériane Gauthier, “Here Europe”, presented by Caroline de Camaret (France 24), Dominique Baillard (RFI) and Marie Brémeau (Public Senate), “Europe in all its states”, presented by Caroline de Camaret, “The World in all its states”, presented by Raphaël Kahane (on Saturday), as well as “Overseas”,, presented by Kelly Pujar, Marie Radovic, Kessi Weishaupt (France Télévisions).

• “As close as possible”, at 11:15 am and 4:15 pm, highlights the work of the journalists of France 24 as close as possible to ground, from major events, from witnesses Of actuality…

Two new meetings also enrich the branches. From Monday November 8, France 24 offers “We’re going further” at 8:40 p.m., a new daily program in which Raphaël Kahane receives the international columnists of the channel and editorial writers to debate the topical issues of the day. And the range of reports from France 24 is reinforced with the broadcast, several times a year in the program. “Reporters, the doc”, of a long documentary format of 52 minutes.

The days remain punctuated by the three main sections of information “Paris Direct” (from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m., from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. and from 6 p.m. to midnight, which offer a complete tour of the news, punctuated by a newspaper every half hour, reports, interviews, international, cultural, sports, economic and anti-infox chronicles.

France 24, a benchmark international news channel in the global audiovisual landscape, is thus strengthening its editorial offering and the readability of its programs for its audience, which reaches nearly 100 million viewers measured every week.
