Four pornstars indicted for rape while filming – The HuffPost

JUSTICE – The investigation into the pornographic video platform “French Bukkake” is now targeting actors. Four of them were indicted for rape on Friday, after the questioning last year of producers and directors, we learn this Thursday, October 28.

This would be the first time in France that actors have been prosecuted for rape in investigations targeting thepornographic industry, a source close to the matter told AFP.

“It’s very good, it makes cleaning! Everyone has an ostrich behavior ”on what happens during the shootings, reacted to AFP Nikita Bellucci, actress, director and independent producer of pornographic films.

“We work with the intimacy of actresses, with human beings, we have to be careful and not just carry out orders,” added Nikita Bellucci, who herself had a bad experience. “We have to stop hiding by saying: ‘the director said it was agreed, so I’m doing it’”.

Survey on the “French Bukkake” platform

The Paris prosecutor’s office had opened a preliminary investigation in early 2020, then a judicial investigation on October 17 aimed at the “French Bukkake” platform, closed on judicial requisition. Since then, around fifty victims have been identified, according to two sources familiar with the matter.

At least eight people are being prosecuted in this case, the investigations of which have been entrusted to the research section of the Paris gendarmerie.

“Four people were presented on October 22 to the investigating judge in charge of the case and were indicted on the count of rape,” a judicial source told AFP, confirming information from BFMTV. “Three of them were remanded in custody. The last person has been placed under judicial control, ”she said.

“What was committed on these film sets are rapes and therefore each actor who participated in these scenes can be worried for acts of aggravated rape, even torture and acts of barbarism”, considered Me Lorraine Questiaux, lawyer of several victims, contacted by AFP.

“Potentially, it can target all other pornography platforms in France and around the world. Other investigations have been opened elsewhere in the world, ”she said.

“Jacquie et Michel” targeted by an investigation since 2010

A year earlier, in mid-October 2020, four people had been indicted for aggravated “procuring” and “trafficking in human beings”, including producers nicknamed “Pascal OP” and “Mat Hadix”.

“Pascal OP”, in pre-trial detention, is also being prosecuted for “aggravated pimping and laundering of tax evasion” as well as “covert work”, a source familiar with the matter said at the time. The second producer, Mathieu L. nicknamed “Mat Hadix”, was jailed in December for failing to respect his judicial review.

The site “Jacquie et Michel”, incarnation in France of amateur porn, has also been the target of an investigation since July 10, 2020 for “rape” and “procuring”.

After the revelations about the violence and practices imposed during filming, large French groups in the sector announced in November 2020 their desire to adopt ethical and deontological charters.

“Rape cases will proliferate”

“I think that cases for rape will proliferate, because there is sometimes a huge difference between what is said orally to the actors and what really happens” during the shootings, reacted Me Matthieu Cordelier, who defends the rights of porn actresses.

He was commissioned in 2020 by the production company Dorcel to write a “code of ethics for X production”, published in April. In this text available online, we can read that “the consent of actors and actresses with regard to sexual practices must be clear, prior, free and informed”.

“Small producers have still not understood and continue not to worry about the code of ethics, or even make fun of this approach”, regretted Me Cordelier.

For Nikita Bellucci, “it is moving in the right direction, it is up to all of us to ensure that it is not just announcement effects”.
