Marian Kočner then described to the court what inspections they did to him during his appearance at the lawyer. The trial is heading for the finals. The main hearing was adjourned to 2 December. Both sides are to prepare their closing remarks.

Marian Kočner spoke for the first time in the Motáky case today – he defended himself by allegedly extremely strict security conditions, which he had to face behind bars while in custody (today he is already legally convicted). The prosecutor’s office claims that Kočner, after being taken into custody for the Bill of Exchange case, should have sent papers with written instructions from behind the bar through his lawyer.
