Kočner may have had Petr Tóth greeted to the maximum, I did not pass on any references to him, the lawyer in court said today.

Verbal and written references from Marian Kočner were not the subject of my meetings with Peter Tóth, Andrej Šabík’s lawyer claimed in Kočner’s court today. Today, he testified as a witness in Kočner’s smaller case, for which he is facing charges before the Bratislava I District Court.
