The Special Prosecutor’s Office obtained recordings from nine meetings attended by Smer chairman Fico, his right-hand man Kaliňák, oligarch Miroslav Bödör, Kočner’s lawyer Marek Para and lawyer Pavol Gašpar.

Pavol Gašpar is an advocate of the prosecuted Norber Bödör, who is the son of Miroslav Bödör. Along with Bödör, Gašpar’s father, former police president Tibor Gašpar, is accused.
