SFR subscribers victims of a national outage – Freebox universe

SFR subscribers encounter connection problems in several places in France. The operator with the red square promises a return to normalcy quickly.

According to the DownDetector tool, many SFR subscribers have reported a malfunction with their fixed or mobile connection. The problems started to be reported shortly after 2:00 p.m., with a peak (3,840 reports) around 3:00 p.m.

At the time of writing these few lines, SFR subscribers continue to encounter connection problems in Paris, Lyon and Marseille. Lesser concerns are visible in Lille, Rennes, Tour, Metz, Nancy, Strasbourg, Bordeaux, Nice and Toulouse.

Asked about this, the operator with the red square promised that “The failure should be quickly resolved”.
