Jarčuška had fun without a respirator in the red district: The case is being solved by ÚVZ SR! Infectologist logged in himself – Topky.sk

The video on the social network Facebook was published by the head of ĽSNS Marian Kotleba. Later, it circulated on other platforms and was shared by conspiracy sites. We contacted the infectologist about the matter, but he did not answer. The authenticity of the video and the fact that he took part in the event was later confirmed to RTVS.

Jarčuška confessed

Jarčuška admitted that an infectology conference was held in mid-October and the participants danced without respirators. Nitra was in the red phase at that time, in which repeaters are mandatory in the interior. Jarčuška also admitted the authenticity of the video that they did not have respirators.

Minister of Health Vladimír Lengvarský also commented on the situation yesterday. “I assume that the Public Health Office will deal with it. This is new information for me. However, I assume that if Mr Jarčuška admitted it, he expects some sanction. This is a question for the relevant regional public health authority. “ stated.

The case is solved by ÚVZ SR

The infectologist later registered himself at the relevant regional office. “The relevant RÚVZ is dealing with a complaint from Mr. Jarčuška, who reported himself to the regional office himself. RÚVZ is proceeding in accordance with the valid legal regulations and has initiated infringement proceedings in the case,” stated for Topky ÚVZ SR.

In the red district, respirators are mandatory indoors. As for mass events, they can take place without restrictions, but a list of participants is mandatory.

In the currently best phase, ie orange, are the districts of Bratislava I – V, Dunajská Streda, Galanta, Komárno, Partizánske, Pezinok, Šaľa and the district of Trnava.
