Max Verstappen with Red Bull won the 2022 F1 Spanish GP, thanks to the retirement of Charles Leclerc’s Ferrari when he was firmly in the lead, taking the lead in the Formula 1 World Championship right in front of the Ferrari driver. Second place for Sergio Perez’s other Red Bull, who also does the fastest lap, and who in the end gives way to his teammate. Mercedes returns to the podium with George Russell finishing third, ahead of Carlos Sainz’s other Ferrari.
