Italy out of the World Cup, loses 1-0 with North Macedonia

Italy did not qualify for the 2022 World Cup for the second time in a row (it had already happened for Russia 2018). The Azzurri were beaten in Palermo by North Macedonia who won 1-0. “I am the coach and therefore the first person in charge – said coach Roberto Mancini – I don’t know about my future but that of these guys is great”.
