As reported by the New York Times, a new motion was in fact presented to the Madrid court by A22, the company behind the project supported by Juventus, Real Madrid and Barcelona. The goal, explains the US newspaper, is to cancel the agreement signed by UEFA with the nine clubs, including Inter and Milan, who have withdrawn from the project: in essence, canceling fines and sanctions. The UEFA president Aleksander Ceferin would now have five days to respond, with the ruling that instead could take a few weeks. Furthermore, A22 will ask UEFA to fully cancel the disciplinary proceedings against Juventus, Real Madrid and Barcelona, ​​currently suspended pending the appeal, by UEFA itself, against the injunction of 18 April of the Madrid court.
