Covid today Italy, 2,535 infections and 30 deaths: bulletin 25 October

There are 2,535 new coronavirus infections in Italy today, Monday 25 October 2021, according to Covid data – region by region – in the bulletin of the Civil Protection and the Ministry of Health. There are another 30 deaths. There are 222,385 swabs, including molecular and antigenic, processed in 24 hours which show a positivity rate of 1.1%. THE DATA OF THE CAMPANIA REGIONS – There are 253 new coronavirus infections today 25 October in Campania, according to the data of the latest covid-19 bulletin. There are another 7 deaths. The new cases emerged from the analysis of 9,655 tests. In the region there are 17 Covid patients hospitalized in intensive care, 183 Covid patients hospitalized in hospital wards.

TUSCANY – There are 211 new coronavirus infections in Tuscany according to today’s bulletin, 25 October. There are also 3 other deaths: these are three women with an average age of 90.3 years. 11,246 tests were carried out, of which 4,952 molecular swabs and 6,294 rapid tests. The rate of new positives dates back to 1.88% (5.6% on the first diagnoses), while yesterday it was 0.92% (3.3% on the first diagnoses). The currently positive are 5,114 today, -0.5% compared to yesterday. There are 259 hospitalized (11 more than yesterday), of which 24 in intensive care (stable). New cases are 0.1% more than the previous day’s total. The healed grow by 0.1% and reach 275,354 (95.7% of total cases). The average age of 211 new positives today is approximately 43 years (25% are under 20, 16% between 20 and 39, 30% between 40 and 59, 23% between 60 and 79, 6% have 80 years or more) .BASILICATA – There are 22 coronavirus infections in Basilicata today, 25 October 2021, according to the covid data of the region’s bulletin. There are no deaths. The new cases (all resident) were recorded on a total of 620 molecular swabs. There are 73 healed or negativized Lucanians. There are 21 (-2) hospitalized in the hospitals of Potenza and Matera of which none in intensive care while the current positives residing in Basilicata are in all 809 (-51). 2,030 administrations were made in two days. So far 431,390 Lucanians have received the first dose of the vaccine (78 percent of the total resident population), 390,977 have completed the vaccination cycle (70.7 percent) and 4,517 are the third doses, for a total of 826,884 administrations. – There are 82 coronavirus infections in Puglia today, 25 October 2021, according to the covid data of the region’s bulletin. Since yesterday there have been 5 deaths in the Region. In the last 24 hours, 7,787 molecular swabs and 7,815 antigenic swabs were made with a positive rate of 2.4%. There are 358 hospitalized patients, while 49 intensive care units are employed. In the last 24 hours 359 people have recovered. The cases in Rome city are at 145. There have been 5 deaths in the past 24 hours. Since yesterday, 15,023 swabs have been made, of which 9,878 rapid antigen tests with a positive percentage of 2.4%. In the last 24 hours, 901 people have recovered. 9,166 people in isolation at home.
