Treviso, 81 years old, kills his daughter-in-law and then takes his own life

He killed his 50-year-old daughter-in-law with a few shots and then took his own life. It happened just before 6pm in a house in Spresiano, near Treviso. According to initial information from the Treviso carabinieri, it would be a murder-suicide. Alerted by a phone call from a passer-by who had heard screams and shots, the soldiers arrived on the spot and found a woman lying on the ground in the courtyard of the house and, not far away, inside a shed the lifeless body of a man, 81 years old, with a shotgun beside him. At the moment the carabinieri are investigating the reasons that could have triggered the murderous act, listening to witnesses and relatives of the two victims.
