Sexual violence, Ciro Grillo and suspects will choose an ordinary rite

In the event of indictment, Ciro Grillo, the son of the creator of the M5S and his three friends accused of group sexual violence against a young Italian-Norwegian will no longer choose the abbreviated rite but the trial with the ordinary rite. The decision is not yet official, but will be communicated next Monday to the judge of the preliminary hearing of Tempio Pausania. The preliminary hearing will be held on November 5th. The defendants are Edorardo Capitta (defended by Ernesto Monteverde and Mariano Mameli), Vittorio Lauria (defended by the lawyer Alessandro Vaccaro), Ciro Grillo (defended by his cousin Enrico Grillo and Andrea Vernazza) and Francesco Corsiglia (defended by the lawyers Romano Raimondo and Gennaro Velle). A decision that came after a very long meeting which was attended, as we learn, by the parents of the boys. Young people face a sentence ranging from a minimum of six years to a maximum of 12 years. The disputed facts refer to July 2019, that is, a few days before the entry into force of the red code.
