Covid, Council of State: “Legitimate vaccination obligation for healthcare personnel”

The request of some doctors, paramedics, pharmacists and parapharmacists and other health professionals of Friuli Venezia Giulia rejected The Council of State confirmed the legitimacy of the vaccination obligation for health professionals. With a sentence published today, the Council of State has in fact rejected the request of some doctors, paramedics, pharmacists and parapharmacists and other health professionals of the Autonomous Region of Friuli Venezia Giulia, not yet vaccinated against Covid-19, confirming the obligation to vaccinate, as provided for health personnel by art. 4 of the legislative decree n. 44 of 2021.
