There are 28 new infections from Coronavirus today 8 October in Abruzzo, according to Covid-19 data in the latest bulletin of the Region. Since yesterday there has been one death from Covid, bringing the total death toll since the beginning of the pandemic to 2,548 in the Region. Since yesterday, 86 have been cured. In the last 24 hours, 1859 molecular swabs and 3514 antigen tests were performed with a positivity rate of 0.52 percent. Forty-six patients, two fewer from yesterday, are hospitalized in the medical area. Five intensive care units were employed. 1,424 people in home isolation.
