Hepatitis C, women in prison get twice as sick as men

In prison, women get sick more than men with a double risk of contracting Hepatitis C (20.5%) compared to male prisoners (10.4%). This is one of the data contained in a study carried out by Rose-Rete Donne Simspe on Hepatitis C and HIV infections in prison.
