Eitan, the grandfather under investigation for kidnapping

Shmuel Peleg, Eitan’s grandfather, the only survivor of the Mottarone tragedy, is being investigated by the Pavia prosecutor for aggravated kidnapping for having taken the child from the house of his aunt – the child’s guardian – and brought him to Israel. Man’s lawyers: “He acted on impulse.”
