Failure to comply with the requirement is considered unjustified absence and, after five days, a suspension from salary is envisaged. In addition, penalties ranging from 400 to 1000 euros are foreseen for those without them. Universities can derogate from the measures only for activities in which only vaccinated or cured students participate. WHEN THE MASK IS MANDATORY It will be possible to remove the mask in the class where all students will be vaccinated.
