Pope Francis: “Even today there is slavery”

“Even today there is slavery”. These are the words of Pope Francis addressed today to the faithful who arrived from all over the world to attend the general audience. “The new slaves – said the Pontiff – are those who are on the outskirts, exploited by all, who are denied human dignity”.
